Friday 20th February 2009 will Panzram Industrial once again take over Liverpool for another night of hard techno.
Headlining the night is Jackstar Records main man; Paul Langley: Paul started DJing in '85 playing Hip-Hop / Soul and mixed his way into the DMC mixing championships in '88. Joined a Hip-Hop group called Sylk Kutin 88 and played a mini UK tour with De La Soul / Sugar Bear. In late '88 he started buying House / Techno and moved into the new Acid house scene. Got into Techno in 93 when going to his first lost party, this was a major turning point for him, musically.
He co-ran a weekly club night in Leicester Square, London in '94 called Iconelastic then started playing a weekly radio show on London's infamous Chillin' FM 102.9. And also performed various guest mixes on www.netmix.com / www.dj-sets.com. He hooked up with DJ Rush in '97 who had heard a mix tape of his and wanted him to play alongside him at Berlin's Love Parade weekend and then the following week at Wuppertal's U-Club. It was at this point Paul bought his first pieces of studio equipment. He has since then also hooked up with Justin Berkovi and they've played some gigs together all over Europe. He takes all international DJ bookings through DJ Rush's agency Kne'Deep Berlin, with releases on his own Jackstar imprint, plus Dj Bam Bam's Bass Heavy Music, Tone wrecker & 50 Hz. Hard jackin Chicago is gona blow the place apart!!!
Along side is the legendary free party man; Jeff Amadeus, owner of Squat records and possibly the owner of record’s with the biggest kick drum’s we have ever heard! Jeff will be playing a 3 deck special of earth shaking nastiness, bringing his unique sound to Liverpool and showing us how it's done! With releases on his own label; Squat Records plus appearing on the mighty Dj Promo's Third Movement.
Along side is Barecheek recording’s BCR Boyz, the Boys will be traveling from the deepest realm’s of the south west with a truck load of nasty schranz. Support is once again provided from the king of Sheffield schranz & resident of one of the UK’s best underground party’s; Tinnitus. Along side and with a box of OTT hard techno & electronics’ is Destruction of the Flesh provider’s; The Machinist & Tomq
